A fine French Art Deco alabaster and nickel bronze hanging light fixture attributed to French designers Louis Sue (1875-1968) and Andre Mare (1887-1932) working together as SÜE et MARE from 1919 until 1928. Take a close look to the detailed canopy with fantastic array of leaves in relieve and the great alabaster bowl with fabric like design on the edges and floral details. It doesn't get any better than this!! CONDITION: The piece is in excellent shape with no broken parts or repairs. It has been rewired and the silver ropes are not original to the piece.
